These cork bodied spinning top floats are a functioning spinning top 'toy' AND a fully functioning shallow water float - ideal for drifting shallow rivers for chub or casting into shallow waters in lake margins. They are designed specifically to remain above the water on splash down. Most floats will submerge up to three times their length under water on entry - this float WILL NOT. Ideal for shy fish and shallow water where you do not want to spook the swim. The "plop" sound it makes on entry has proved to be very successful in drawing inquisitive carp into swims.
