Didn't receive what I had ordered and more importantly what I had paid for. Made to feel like a liar when I queried it and I would certainly not recommend this seller to anyone. Incapable of fulfilling bespoke orders even with clear instructions.

Ian, I wrote to you when this problem occurred and apologized for any misunderstanding - even giving you a full refund on the one order as you were not happy. You ordered five floats and your received five floats - to say anything else is misleading and not true. That I misunderstood your tip colour changes was a simple misunderstanding that I apologized for and refunded while allowing you to keep the floats by way of amends. I think it best we both agree to no longer do business together moving forward.

I have a few of Ian's floats and they are all of fantastic quality! My wife bought me some for Christmas (darts) and they look amazing. They sit well in the water and are very sensitive to bites. I then ordered a crow quill, porcupine quill and stepped reed waggler and one of the oak boxes to keep them all in - everything is brilliant and the box looks great on my desk when I'm stuck doing work!

Ian Lewis floats are simply superb! Ian puts all his efforts into producing a high quality, beautiful looking and very usable product. He is a pleasure to deal with, with great communication. Ian is happy to be consulted on any specific requirements and designed and created an excellent set of floats to help me get to grips with some very tricky Carp in shallow water, where a new approach was needed. I have ordered multiple times from Ian and always been impressed with every aspect
