If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your floats, please just return them to me in the original condition within 30 days of receipt and I will issue you a full refund - no questions asked (although it would be nice to know so I might improve the quality of my service!). If anything has arrived damaged I would appreciate photographs to help me make a claim against the delivery service.

Christmas orders placed from Nov 1st till December 24th will have a return window vaild till January 30th.  Any present ordered where the recipient would have prefered a different pattern can be exchanged for nothing more than any price difference plus postage.

You must include a note inside so I know who has returned the floats to issue the refund.  Failure to do so could result in delays.

PLEASE NOTE - I will not be responsible for any returned items that go missing in the post - it is your responsibility to organise adequate cover with the post office. Further, I can not refund the cost of return postage.  Sorry.
